In these Economic times,it astounds me that people spend thousands of dollars on all this flaffy carbon and Ti parts to shave weight off their already anorexic bikes. My weight saving tip? Take a shit before your race, will be the best feeling 800-1300 grams you'll ever shave off your bike....

I didnt get new grips cause for some reason i cant get rid of these haha yea i seen ur vids, well done boys! Next weekend im gonna see if i can get some local riders to show me round the belair track (the one you take the train to) and ill try to find the good DH/FR spots, and ill also see if you can stay at the college for a few days haha
